I believe the original price was 850AED per sqft, according to this: Cost And Availability The Villa Dubai The original price of the units started at approximately AED825.00 (Approx US$225.00) per sq ft. An escalation in price is considered inescapable as all the plots as well as the small and large-sized villas have already been sold out. I heard a Cordoba in Phase 1 was 2.4 which then went to the 6million mark at peak for Phase 2. Not sure about Valencia, if I see the owner I'll see if they mind sharing. Guess that's the reason alot of the finished ones are empty as the owners don't want to make the final payment as they've lost so much money...
