So, I'm walking through MOE yesterday, minding my own business, run my tongue over my teeth and one of my veneers pops off. Great! It's really really noticable too as it's a top eye tooth. It has happened me once before at home and I was able to have the veneer rebonded/reattached . I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if you can recommend a dentist please??

In desperation Mimi. x

Thanks so much ladies, I'll get on the phone asap. RAS I'll report back and let you know but my situation is a little bit different as I have veneers on 2 baby teeth and not adult teeth, so it really is in the lap of the Gods as to how long they last! I had them done 3 years ago and apart from the veneer coming off whole twice now , so far so good.

Hi My veneer cracked approx one year ago. I went to Nicholas and Asp at the Marina as I needed to have it fixed immediately! They were very good and bonded the broken bit. I then returned a few months later to get a new veneer. I have been to N&A a few times now. They are expensive but they are not at all pushy and only do the work that you need. I was very impressed with how quick and pain free getting the new veneer was. The bill was a bit painful but I did manage to claim half of it back on my insurance.

Hi Mimi, My veneer cracked years back and unfrtunately my dentist did not replace the whole veneer but just placed the cracked bit back..i can notice the crack but no one else can im actually lookn myslf at doing my veneers..i prefer a western dentist - i have narrowed it down to 3 - Nicholas and Asp (Dr. Flora); Another Dr. there but I cant remember his name..He is at the Jumeirah beach clinic and Dr. Michael at Dr. Michaels.. I went for a consultation at many others but just wasnt satisfied.. i believe at the end, it all depends on where they get the veneer work done..that place is the most important.. i hope this hlps..if u get urs done and r happy, pls let me knw as i wud really need some +ve feedback all the best ps - i have been told that if the dental work is good, the veneers can last a lifetime - i had mine done 15 yrs ago...still v happy - the crackd veneer was due to me biting into an apple

Not had this happen to me sorry, but I can recommend Drs Nicholas and Asp in Jumeirah. The dentists there are good. If you don't mind going to their training school you can have things done for much cheaper by a trainee who is supervised by a very experienced dentist.
