Hi Ladies. I purchased two tickets for the Lord of the Dance from the Virgin Megastore website a month ago. I received an email saying my tickets were attached but they are not. I checked on several computers. My email account is saying that the email is failing fraud detection tests. I'm a bit concerned that my credit card details are at risk of being accessed by a third party. Anyone else have this problem? I didn't realize the attachment wasn't on the email until a couple of days ago. I've sent two emails to two separate addresses but haven't received a response. I also called the head office in JBR today but nobody is picking up. (Maybe it's closed today?) Any suggestions?

We do not have tickets for this show - but in the past they only sent us a reference number, and we had to collect the ticket either in a store or at the venue, just before the show. All you need is your email printed out or shown on your mobile.

It didn't give me an option to pick up tickets. I got a email to say they were attached and to present email at venue. Will try calling into Virgin in Dubai Mall tomorrow.

tickets have to be picked up from your preferred store, which you should have given while ordering the tickets online. I got mine today at Mercato but make sure you print off all the bar codes on the email for the number of tickets you ordered
