If it's a Whirlpool, call Al Ghandi on 04 2310300. They were brilliant, punctual, didn't charge the earth and actually solved the problem! They are the dealers for Whirlpool. http://www.alghandielectronics.com/ServiceCentres.asp If it isn't a whirlpool maybe call them anyway and see if they can help!
