We're taking the kids (5 & 1yr) to Bubblicious tomorrow for the first time.

How dressy is it?

Nice advice on what to wear please.

TIA

oops - that was supposed to say "need" advice - but "nice" advice would be appreciated too :)

Depends if you are eating inside or out. The temperature has crept up this week :-( If inside then whatever you wear take a cardigan or wrap as ac is on full. Outside is mainly shaded but there are some tables that are in the sun, avoid them if you can. I have only been once, its amazing, and was a freebie so was even better. Most of the ladies were in casual maxi dresses, jeans etc. No matter where you go to eat there will always be the posers!! - puts me off my food - lol

i wore skinny jeans and a nice flowy top with some high heels and it looked fine. Most people are dressed in a relaxed casual way.

Seriously? What to wear to lunch? Guess. By the way, you're going to a 5* hotel for a lunch.

I tend to wear summer dresses or maxi dresses and heels or nice flats. Mind you, thats what I wear everywhere. You cant get it wrong really

My only suggestion would be keep your dress age-appropriate. A couple of weeks ago I saw a woman in a fab orange mini dress with sky high heels...not a great look for someone in her sixties! I don't think Bubbleicious is any dressier than anywhere else. I never wear heels for a brunch though...it would be too undignified to go A over T after too much champers!

Thanks redz_77. I did mean me. The kids always seem to be better dressed than me whereever we go :)

I wouldn't say bubbilicious is overly dressy - I've been wearing a dress/heels and felt over dressed. Last time I went with a group of friends I wore a maxi dress with some wedge shoes. Others in the group wore tailored short trousers and nice tops. In case you are meaning the kids... My DD always wears something comfortable, such as leggings and dress/tunic top. Mainly because she spends most of her time outdoors at the bouncy castle, petting zoo etc. Hope this helps.
