Does anyone know where I can find Soy chips in Dubai?

Or any ideas for other healthy and tasty snacks?

I've seen soy chips at Safestway in the heathfood section, but like everything else imported at the grocery stores here, sometimes they don't have them for months!

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Let the mix sit for 5 minutes. Place into a 12 cup lightly sprayed or lined muffin tray.
