You can also get good ones (and awful ones!!!!) in Daiso - worth checking out and it's a bit hit and miss but they often have really good bags and are really cheap.

I would hit DM purely from a $$ standpoint (I saw several stalls selling them). I've seen them in the supermarkets and stationery/book stores...but much more expensive than DM.
