Hi
Husband working in Internet city so need to be near that area.
I've done lots of research on the marina and it seems that traffic
And traffic noise is a big issue.

Now looking at the Greens, but it seems family orientated?

Can anyone living in the Marine please give me some advice.

We don't have children and live in the Greens (Mosela); it's fabulous! An oasis away from the craziness I see in other areas. I work in Internet City and walk home when the weather is cooler.

Any recommendations for specific areas in the Greens please? Greens is quite small so there isn't a specific area of the Greens to live in versus other areas. The division in the Greens is between the low-rise apartment blocks, which are plainer and more basic, and the mid-rise apartments and the towers alongside the golf course, which are fancier and more expensive. This area is technically called the Views, although people refer to the whole community as the Greens. It's two halves of the same community.

Also still thinking about Marina. I've done a lot of research and obviously traffic is a major problem. Are there any areas that are less congested? Many thanks If you are working in Internet City, try to be more towards that side of the Marina and it should be ok. Avoid JBR, Dorrabay, Jewels and those towers that are close to JBR at the other end of the Marina.

Greens is nice place to live..if for nothing else than for the absence of traffic congestion which is a common sight everywhere else. I don't really know how people in marina manage everyday the kind of bottle necks that start as early as 4 pm from the sheikh zayed road side entry.

I have lived In the Greens for 4 years and don't have children infact 4 of my closest friends who also love in the Greens don't have children. I would say there are probably just as many childless and single people than families
