Abdel Wahab is a nice view but you need to sit outside otherwise you can't see much. You can also just have dinner in one of the cheaper ones like Pink Pong or Carlluccios, have dinner (if you sit outside you can get a nice view) and then go for a drink to the Atmosphere and have a view from above.

I checked asado out..looks great but costy We'll be taking 3 guests besides DH and I They have vouchers in the Fine Dining Book - which will help a little, if you are not consuming alcohol the pricing shouldn't be too bad :)
