11mo not eating...when do i start to worry?

Hi all
My 11mo dd isnt eating as much as she did. I think she is teething as i am getting an extra 2 to 3 dirty nappies a day, she is chewing on everything, runny nose etc.
She never refuses food and the for thepast 48 hours she hasnt eatenmuch. She has just turned down her lunch, not even having any. I have been trying to give her milk so she is getting something but she is only taking 100ml.
So today she has had abottle of 120ml at 5am, porridge with 180ml at brekkie (she drank the rest if the bottle) and she has just had another 100ml.
Should i start to get concerned or is this part of teething (when she has teethed in the past she didnt go off food). What if she doesnt eat her dinner later on?
