I had the really sharp pain in my lower abdomen from about 30 weeks onwards with No2. It was like a stitch but so much more painful that it would stop me in my tracks and only lying down for a period of time would help. Apparently, in my case, it was just the ligaments and muscles stretching to make room for my little heffalump!
I had a lot of pain in my bones towards the end of my pregnancy when I carried my second as he was quite big, also in my knees and feet! I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but ask your doctor to be on the safe side and to put your mind at ease! Not long for you now, try and rest as much as possible.
Not sure if these are braxton hicks but when i walk i tend to feel almost a cramp like feeling in my bones mostly in the pelvic bone where it meets the thigh and in my rear end... strange i never felt with my first born... hopefully its all nothing just a bit worried is all... and at times feeling sharp pains in lower abdomen...
