I have tried the Finance dept at City and they said its your insurance company you need to speak to and vice versa with the insurance company. I will keep trying!

Eeek, that's not good. I'm so sorry. I have no clue who'd be best to speak to :(. I know there is one person who's responsible for insurance at DH's work and she's really good at clarifying things, but if you're not getting that help from your DH's office it must be so frustrating. My card says American Hospital is covered for reimbursement only, so I guess if City is the same for you it would be mentioned? I guess you've already been to the finance department at City?

Hi DubaiCat, my DH's work is not as supportive hence the reason I am trying to sort it out. I received a new card from his company and it says at the bottom, City is no longer covered. I just wanted to find out if I could pay a nominal charge or do a reimbursement and still use my insurance, but getting to speak to the correct people is proving a challenge. I have tried City, Nas and Al Dhafrah, but nobody will give me a straight answer...

We have NAS/QIC and I got DH to query this City thing with the person who deals with insurance at his work. He was told City is still covered for us, with a limit :\:.
