Hi Ladies,

I work full-time so dont get home in the evenings until 5.30pm

I have two small girls who are in nursery.

What is normal bedtime in your house?

Thanks

My DS just turned 3. Still naps most afternoons for at least 1-2 hrs. On those days, 8pm is bedtime. If he doesn't nap, it's much, much earlier--6-7pm range.

My 2 girls need their sleep - both very busy and very horrible if overtired! Bathtime starts at about 6pm followed by a story and prayers. Light out between 6.30 and 7pm and they both crash out very quickly. They are just 3 and 6 and a half years old. Both up at 6am in the morning and never sleep in, no matter how late they go to bed.

My kids (under 5) are in bed by 7pm, but sometimes don't actually sleep till closer to 8!

My girls, who are 4 and 5, fall asleep around 8 pm and 8:30 respectively. They are both up by 6:30 the next morning and neither of them nap.
