For the blocked nasal passage I find my DS gets the same thing and doesn't seem able to blow anything out. I'm been using sea water spray... it starts with a T. I was told by our dr that sea water was better than the saline. Then even though its a fight with DS I use the suction bulb to get everything out.

get some Vicks vaporub and rub a tiny bit on his chest and back - that should ease his breathing. However, that high temperature would have even me worried. He shouldn't be having that high a temperature for any real length of time - do what you can to keep it down - medication, stripping him off to his underwear and no, don't take him to nursery.

DS (2 years old) had two jabs yesterday - he's never had a fever post anyh vaccination but the doc siad it might come. it was 99.2 in the night...he had adol , went to nursery but half an hour back i checked it was 100.2. how long are these supposed to last? this fever? the doc said it's ok if it's there but i should give him adol - which i have. but does it go on for three four days?? also he's all clogged up inside. breathing through his mouth for three-four days. if he blowsh is nose nothing comes out its all clear...doesnt even sound chesty. the doc has given him mucolyte to thin the mucus and get it out. but do any of you know of any other ways to get stuff out. ive tried explaining to him how he can try and get it out of his mouth....but he's not getting me. any home remedy or anything?
