Mamas ans Papas in Dubai mall had a good selection. Failing that, I grabbed a bunch of stretchy singles (vests/tank tops) from forever 21. Pulled shirt up and singlet down. Tummy still covered and shirt covered from the top

H&M Dubai Mall had them a while back too. They are the best ones I could find at a good price. This time round I bought online from UK as they had more colours. http://www.hm.com/gb/subdepartment/LADIES?Nr=4294928766#page=1&Nr=4294928766 They come in a two pack for £19.99 I liked them so much that i kept wearing them as normal tops as they don't look like your normal nursing top and they were quite good quality.

I have not 1 nurse friendly top or t-shirt and I don't think doing a striptease before putting on the breastfeeding cover is going to work out for me. You can do the striptease [i'>after[/i'> you put on the breastfeeding cover, then bring baby underneath to nurse. Practice a few times at home beforehand.

I think Blush & Bloom (online) has nursing tanks. I'd wear a nursing tank with a normal shirt over. Normal shirt gets pulled up, nursing tank gets pulled down and people can see very, very little even without a nursing cover. Congrats!

Thanks :D.. she was my first born.. weight 1.8 Kgs, and lets say my breasts were twice her size lol.. i tried so hard.. everything i could.. but it never worked.. my milk supply by the 2nd month started decreasing so i was prescribed motilium because i told them i wish to continue feeding my baby.. that helped for the remaing 5 months.. hopefully in the future i will be prepared and try to get the baby to latch.. because I HATE THE PUMP HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT.. i guess no one ever tells you how BF is hard, you automatically think ohh its the easiest thing.. and it comes naturally hehe.. i wonder how they did it back in the day.. babies are the best pump, i used to sit for 1 hour trying to get 120 ml.. a pump in no way can tell you how much you are making because no matter how much you pump you will still have milk that can't come.. HENCE THE STUPID MASTITIS I GOT

I have a lot of respect for you, pumping for 7 months? Wow...that must have been an organisational nightmare. I tried pumping a few times but my boobs went on strike the moment the pump was in view. Singarosa I had a severe case of thrush and mild mastitis for the first 2,5 months with my first born, that meant 12 times a day a crying session for both of us. lol... We mothers have pain thresholds for our kids that are abnormal. I remember the first day my milk came in with my son, nobody told me that I would be rolling on the floor in agony holding my boobs thinking death wishes. This time i was prepared, had my daughter in a grip, whenever I felt engorged I popped her on. Like a quick reliever, haha.

MAX have really nice tops sometimes, i think also there is sale now.. maybe you can check . i got a couple of mine from MAX.. not like i used them because my DD never latched on.. i pumped exclusively for 7 months then developed mastits so i stopped. i am so happy for you.. and always always try to express if your breasts seem full and your baby is not hungry.. i would not wish mastitis on my enemy.. that painfullllllll... we go women go through a lot.. *sigh* edited by Singarosa on 11/09/2013

So, breastfeeding is finally starting to work out. I no longer scream in agony and pain every time my princess latches on. I can hold my face in the "normal"position while she sucks, no longer the expression of ongoing physical torture. In other words, I am ready to go outside of the house. I have a breastfeeding cover. Ready set go? NO! I have not 1 nurse friendly top or t-shirt and I don't think doing a striptease before putting on the breastfeeding cover is going to work out for me. Any advice on where to find some reasonably priced nursing tops/dresses?
