We have one, I think they are great for traveling and we just stick it in the back of the car in case I take an extra kid home at any time. It blows up but clips into the lap part of the belt and has an attachment for the shoulder belt. They sell them at MyGym jumeirah and either babysouk.com or bubsboutique.com. They do recommend 4 years old and a certain weight.
