I am very upset and disappointed with "Busy Bees Dubai" (busybeesdubai.com)
I called a week ago to request a babysitter for today, tomorrow, wednesday and Thursday and to my surprise, no one showed up today. Just called the office and they tell me: euh sorry, our fault we didn't confirm it to you. o_O??? Excuse me?? what does that mean. when I made the booking they didnt say anything.
They should have called to inform me that they dont have availability and not leave me like that believing I had help covered for this week. Now what do I do? I had plans and was relying on their service. Now my day and my whole week is ruined! (work related).
I am VERY UPSET with them. Talk about BAD service and negligence!
:(

This is an older thread - but I just wanted to say that I've recently been using them, and I agree with the sentiments above. The cleaning ladies are great, but the woman who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. It took me hours of calling back and forth just to drag out a confirmation from her...which was given with a big heap of attitude of course.

I think you got the same admin/office girl as I've dealt with :( she is really unprofessional and I just wonder how the owner still kept her. I used to have cleaners from that said company, but stop dealing with them not because of bad service, but because of HER and only her. DH even talked to the owner on one occasion and it was sorted at that moment, but next time the same story was repeated. Girls that work as cleaners there are great and do their work perfectly, but the office girl messes everything up big time. Even cleaning girls were saying that she doesn't make proper schedules and don't inform them appropriately.

look on the bright side. At least you discovered their incompetence before you entrusted your children to them.
