hey all,

im expecting my second child in october,DS will be 2 years old then and sooo confused as to which pram to get...

Already now he hardly sits in his stroller so thinking it might be a waste of money but dont think i can not have one.. so the question is which one?

I heard with the city as the they get older its harder to steer? anyone who can comment on this? or any other comments for that sake?

TIA

I love my city select. I have a new born and a 17 month old. It is easy to steer but can be a struggle to go up and down large curbs due to the main weight being at the front. However, it has been great, easy to assemble and it has a huge basket underneath for storing shopping, change bags etc.

I have no steering issues with my city select, the only issue is that you have to put a bit of extra weight on it if the heavier child is sitting at the front of the pram when you go up on to a curb. If you go backwards no issue at all. I like the select as the seats are bigger and one baby isn't on top of the other. My 3.5 year old still uses it and loves it, she's in the 90th percentile for her height but still fits comfortably with the seat in all positions. The shopping basket is huge and as a single stroller it's fab too.

The peach blossom has a shorter body so it is easier to steer. My two year old definitely needed a stroller when we went out so I think you need a double. edited by Ymo2000 on 21/05/2012
