Am in 18 weeks, really am very tired
What can i do ? I want to do toilete but i cant
I enter the bathroom 5 times , each from 20 min. To 30 min.
I feel that i want but i cant do it

Am really sorry for this thread :)
But am really tired and i want to know if you guys know something to help me

The best to prevent contipation is to drink plenty of water (you need more when you are pregnant) and to keep moving. I also drank one of those actimels or aktivia laban every day, and think that the probiotics in there also help to keep regular.

I've been having the same problem. This combo seems to be working for me: steel cut oats in the morning for breakfast (high fiber), brown bread for lunch, drinking lots of coconut water, and exercise. The coconut water keeps you super hydrated and also has potassium and electrolytes in it, which are good for you and baby. Make sure to get the coconut water and not the young coconut juice or coconut milk. I would also steer clear of anything with aspartame in it (see the ingredient list below). My obgyn said that is a huge no-no for pregnant women.
