Ive misread your original post, you are travelling without your husband. Will he go to the airport with you? If he dosnt I don't know what the process is, i read on here somewhere that it was harder without them to get the exit stamp issued, it might be worth going to the airport before you travel and asking them, minimising hassle. Also, when you go through security you have to take shoes, belts off, as well as having to get the baby out of the carseat or pram etc..a right hassle so try not to have too much stuff with you or wear things that might set of the detector. When i returned the UK security asked me to randomly taste DD bottles (I had 6 with 210ML of water in each), they searched the nappy bag in which i had a big tub of sudacream and her eczema cream which had to be thrown. I was by myself, the security were very helpful but all in all it took 20mins or so.
We took our marriage certificate, passports and DD birth certificates (both UAE and UK versions). They only wanted to see the marriage certificate and passports but i thought it was better to have birth certificates as you never know what they might ask for...rules change etc etc. Are you flying Emirates? The kiosk to get the stamp is white and is in front of the self check in terminals, next to the man who plastic wraps luggage. Husband reckons it was AED200 but neither of us can really remember, although it was only a few weeks ago!
I don't know if you need one but just to let you know, it was a very simple process at the airport, took 5mins, cost aproxAed160. I was with my husband and had all the required paperwork. I was expecting a nightmare, as with most admin here, so allowed a ridiculous amount of time, where in reality, we could have had longer in bed!
Thank you, do you remember what docs you had to take?

I am soon to be travelling with my baby, we have just applied for her visa and we have the paper copy of Visa which will be stamped when we return to Dubai.
Does anyone know if I still need to get an NOC / Exit stamp as I will be travelling without my husband? Many thanks
