We bought ours in the UK and brought it back to Qatar with us. Just as a heads up, the frame, 2 seats, bassinet, maxi cosi adaptors and travel bag weighed just over 40kg.

Thanks citronkb, I will go and check when we go to Dubai. I think the UAE price is ridiculous though. So I'm planning to buy it online, have it delivered to my aunt's house in the states then she sends it to me by post. Or if I'm lucky someone coming to Dubai will bring it for me. Hah.
