Ladies,

My Gyno left, her name was Dr Yulia. She was very good. I am pregnant now and have no idea who to go for. I am at the city hospital and i would like a female doctor. There is only one pakistani doctor there, anyone can recommend a good doctor at american hospital maybe?

I gave birth the first time in Canada but i am thinking for the second one to give birth here. I am worried now that doctor Yulia, who was the one checking me during my pregnancy is gone what to do?

hi Touti, I had a real hard time with doctors leaving the clinic I was registered as well. I found Dr Rosalie Sant (at Primavera Clinic, very close to City Hospital). She seems excellent (honestly, hugelly better than all previous doctors put together) and she delivers at City (she might deliver in American as well, I am not sure). Worth a try I would say. Good luck

Touti, I do not see how asking what she can do for you is rude. Do you seriously think that doctors remember every one of us patients details ? Perhaps they would of the ones that do make an impression on them & you just did not. Good for you that you found Yuliya & hope she remembers you at Cooper clinic .

oh that's bad touti...perhaps if you want give a call to my gynaec at Dr suleiman's clinic in DHCC only. her name is Dr Nirmala and so far she has never asked me why i am there ? :) she delievers at city hospital so you still could go there.

when i talked to the department at city hospital they said i could continue with dr azzizunisa and later whenever slot is empty they would schedule me to Dr elsa. apparently she is not available till august.

I saw Dr Elsa with my first pregnancy and she was very negative, rude and didnt comfort me at all. I remember at one of my appointment i was going to get back some results and she asked me and my husband " what can i do for you today? " she didnt even know why we were here.... I guess there is no one else at City. Anyone else recommends some doctor maybe at American or a Canadian doctor? Thanks for your reply anyways.

Dr Elsa is at City Hospital. I used her nd she is brilliant. You might have to wait a while for an appointment because she's popular but if you have an umcomplicated pregnancy and don't need to see someone straight away I would say it's worth the wait. Good Luck.
