Has anybody used it? Is it helpful?
For how long per day can it be used?
Which brand to buy? from where?

The Cherry Stone Pillow is really good - maintains heat for a long time and has been a lifesaver for me! Heating pads can't retain heat as long, and hot water bottles can sometimes get too hot and gave me sores at one point! You can get this pillow from Brands For Less in Dubai.
