Hi Ladies
I really hope that we wont have to try a 2nd time but if we do need to have a 2nd round of IVF (we havent done the first yet!) can you tell me how long you have to leave it after the previous one?

Had IVF twice and now pregnant with twins. Overjoyed ! I wish you all the luck and hope it works for the first time! I left a couple of months inbetween the first & second IVF, remember to try and be positive as much as you can, it helps ! Good luck again x

wing clip, I wish you success from the first round :) praying for you. I did 3 IVF's 2 of them back to back wich I don't recommend. from my own experience I think our body needs to rest and recover, get back to normal (at least 2 normal cycles) before we start again. I don't know your situation and condition but as Sharry said some doctors will ask you to do it back to back ..unless it's necessasry you should take a break a few month before trying again. Good luck
