I'm having my Glucose Tolerance test tomorrow morning and can't remember how many hours I need to fast for? Discussed this with Dr 3 weeks ago - baby brain! Think it's 8 or 10 hours or is it 12? Does anyone know? Thanks :)

This reply probably comes too late but you should fast for between 10-12hrs before the test. Water is allowed. 12hrs is the maximum you should fast but if you go longer, just make sure you tell them as this can impact the results.
