I have a 9 month old baby that wakes up 2-3 times per night. I am really tired of this as I work and I need to get up at 5 am.
Some people have told me its because he is probably hungry, but yesterday he ate very well and still keeps waking up. I think the problem is wrong sleep associations, my maid puts the baby to sleep rocking him and I put him to sleep nursing him, so I need to learn how to put him to sleep on his own. I will start with the napping and then at night, but I need ideas. Anyone?. Thank you
