Hello,
I have been BF my LO now for a year and would like to stop.
How do you completely stop?
Currently she still gets 2-3 feeds a day, since she has full 3 solid meals, she also drinks lots of water.
Her morning cereal I have already started mixing with regular cow's milk, no issues noted from that side.
The feeds she gets are mostly from the bottle already via expressed milk.
How to stop the supply, without it being painful for me?
