Hi ladies, I'm looking at ordering the Bugaboo Bee from www.babycare.nl as I see it has been recommended by some of you. My only concern is that the 2 year warranty is not international warranty. I've asked about it and they said that if there are any problems with it within the warranty period, to contact them and they will send the spare parts but I will have to incur the delivery charge. For those ladies who have purchased with them in the last 2 years, what has your experience been with the product they shipped - any problems? And if there were, what did you do? What was their service like? Thanks!

I didn't buy a stroller from them but I ordered my car seat + isofix base from babycare.nl. They were amazing, really I was floored with how good their service was. I wanted to be sure the car seat was manufactured this year (because of the expiry date) and they went to their warehouse to take a photo of the label for me and everything. Even with shipping (and keep in mind those isofix bases are really heavy) costs it still turned out cheaper than at JustKidding or Mothercare, too!!! I highly recommend them.

ppg13 their service is excellent. we placed an order but cancelled it as we got a 6 months used bugaboo here at a good price. but their service is very good as when i called to clear few things the guy i spoke to was very helpful and offered to send our stroller with his brother to Abu dhabi as he was travelling within few days.i remember Dubaicat was very happy with it. although the custom charges here very. i think it was on the form..one of them paid and one of them didn't had to pay any :) i ordered some accessories from them and the delivery was excellent. for the warranty that's the issue. but as long as something drastic doesn't happen( like my stroller once thrown from the airplane gate down for the cargo and the seat was broken which the airlines paid for) its a very good stroller. its 16 months of heavy use now and no problem so far.i think you can purchase international warranty...check it out i do not remember correctly.
