Does anyone know how to raise the base? I see online it says that there are 3 mattress base positions...but I can't seem to work it out

Just checked and instead of the 4 wood pieces i mentioned in my previous post, there is just a wooden bar which screws onto the two legs of the cot (the mattress wooden base is resting on these 2 bars on either side). You can use an allen key to unscrew that bar and just shift it up to one of the other holes for your desired height and screw it back. Do the same to the other side as well. HTH

I have the same cot but DS is taking his nap so will check it once he wakes up and let you know. But from memory I think the mattress wooden base is resting on 4 wood pieces which are attached to the legs of the cot. You need to unscrew those 4 pieces and move them up (to the higher hole)and screw them back. There are 3 holes on each leg for the different positions. Not sure if that makes sense :) - but will double check and let you know after he wakes up.

Is it the same as the Westbury? If so you have to remove the metal bars at each end and reposition them higher up. DH is the expert on this one but he's in Saudi, so if you can wait till Wednesday I can get him to email you instructions!
