my girls keep waking up at night :(
The girls are giving me a hard time at night, for no particular reason. I can put up with being woken up if they're sick, but this is just really rude. They've woken me 4 times in 4 hours. It's now 2 am and I'm too irritated to sleep. They'll be waking me up again at 6am as per every morning (no matter what time they've gone to bed). They're doing this to be regularly. As an insomnia sufferer, this is really hard as it is so hard to get back to sleep once they've woken me. And if I don't get more than 6 hours sleep I feel so weak the next day and have an ugly sensation in my chest, much like hunger pains, but it extends from my belly to my throat. It's so hard to put up with it. I ended up yelling at both of them just now. I'm so sick of it!!
