Am I doing something wrong? I'll notice it onlt half way through the feed when its stuck in the teat and then take a spoon through it and find many more :(

Had the same problem and a friend told me key thing with the thicker formulas is not to spoon the formula in one spoon at a time and then shake. Measure the formula into one of the formula dispensers (I use the blue avent one and it is good) and tip the formula in all at once and shake straight away. This avoids the lumps.

Just to let you know that I had the same problem and I could not find a solution. I stoped using it. I use regular Novalac, I dont use AR as I dont see any improvement.
