Non chlored pool for baby swimming

Any idea if a baby swimming course is being organized in a non-chloride swimming pool in Dubai (e.g., in a salty pool)?
The reason I am looking for one is that baby swimming in chloride pools has been associated to respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma) later on. Not a huge risk but since my husband is strongly asthmatic as well as other members of my family I am trying to avoid typing the scale!

PS Alternatively anybody with a salty pool and a 6 month old baby interested in organising private toddler swimming session? I know asking for much :)
