I have the same situation, after undergoing ovulation induction for long time, suddenly I became pregnant naturally, I'm on my 22 weeks now. I would highly recommend Dr. Munira at Dubai Mall Medical Centre. She is very caring and specialize in high risk pregnancy.

We were just blindsided by a surprise pregnancy! I am not supposed to be able to conceive naturally so we are a little shocked to say the least. Both of my girls are IVF babies. I have PCOS and MTHFR (clotting disorder) and also want to go for a VBAC. My first was a c-section and second was a text book perfect VBAC. I may be asking for a lot of of an OBGYN but I need someone that will not look at me as a "normal" pregnancy. Also I will be 35 at time of delivery. Any recommendations please?
