hi all
did any of you suffer from pain in hip bone after delivery of ur baby? my twins are Alhamdulillah 10 months old but even now if i lie on my back for like 5 minutes even...i start having such terrible pain upon movement that i cant get up from the bed. i literally hold my breath to make an effort in shifting my position so i can get up...does this happen alot? i am fine when im sitting or standing but problem comes when im on my back.
