Pregnant and unmarried
My situation is pretty bad . I got married in January to an iranian man , in a small ceremony with only my mom and dad and husband and his family present. My mother in law handled all our paperwork and we paid her a good amount of money to do the registry and attestation of our papers , we handed all our papers to her , (medical , birth certificates , passports , photographs etc) I am now 4.5 months pregnant and while searching for a suitable hospital I decided to check with my mother in law on our paperwork as the hospital will request it for the babies birth certificate. It turns out she faked our marraige document and never registered anything. She wrote one herself instead. So basically me and my husband just found out we are legally not married .
Please help , is there anything we can do ?
Can we get married asap in the Dubai courts ? Or will the notice I am pregnant and arrest me ? Should I leave the country?
