I need advise on a good prenatal supplement (minerals, vits etc). What is good on the market here in Dubai?

Tabby Cat I've used Pregnacare and folic acid n the past. I switched to supplements by Zita west, my doctor had recommended her in London. It's a hassle and more pricey but they really work for me. You can google her and buy on line I think they may deliver here. With my first born I had the best pregnancy , I was using Zita west supplements ( pre natal and post natal) and was happy with them. When I went back for the summer i stocked up and bought quite a lot for the entire second pregnancy. It may not be for you and I think Pregncare is available in the larger pharmacies. <em>edited by Penny4Thoughts on 09/10/2012</em>

Hi TC, I was only able to get the regular pregnacare here too, but didn't try boots, maybe try there as that's where I bought in uk. Other option is to get the DHA separate, there is a prenatal one in a glass bottle that I used before available from chemist here. Xxx

Mummabear where can I buy Pregnacare Plus in Dubai? Bought mine in the uk and have tried quite a few pharmacies here with no luck. Can only find normal Pregnacare. Resorted to ordering on Amazon.
