I had contacted someone in the past who gets it here... details of the Chemist on this thread. http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=134152 At the time, Amazon wouldn't deliver it to Dubai, and Aramex shop n ship had said no to anything chemical including makeup/cosmetics... not sure if thats changed now. Good luck.
