Yeah mine looked good too but it was the white piece that was making it work. I do hope it fixes your problem nothing like having added stress hey ? :-)

Hiya I had this problem with mine and the way I fixed it was to go and buy new membranes. You should have a few spare in the box when you bought it. If not you can get them at babyshop. I do hope this helps and fixes your problem.

I have a double mini electric medela pump that I use once per day. Today all of a sudden, the pump wouldn't work, the suction was so less that I couldnt express. I've had it for about 6 months. What do I do? I work and I need it. Are there any Medela's customer service or should I take it to Babyshop? But i dont have the receipt with me anymore! :(
