Reusable nappies/ slings/ changing bags

Does anybody know where in Dubai I can buy a reusable nappy system, slings/ wraps and a cute changing bag? My pram is a red bugaboo bee, a 2009 model so the old kind.
I am currently in the UK and am wondering whether to buy these things here or whether I can wait to get back to Dubai at the end of October. My baby is currently 10 days old and I've been quite busy with breastfeeding etc, so haven't had time to do much shopping and would prefer to be able to do it when I get back to Dubai.
