I've always used Nestle, it's lower in sodium and has fluride boiled it until 6 months and then as it comes from 6 months on wards.

DM Arwa is made by Coca Cola and only available in bottles. I still boil the water as my boy is only 3mo - plan to stop at 6mo tho. I think as long as you don't REPEATEDLY boil the water it's ok on the minerals front. It's all a bit confusing TBH. x

Do you have Arwa deliveries in the big bottles for the cooler? if so do any of you have the number, im going to change to these. Thanks

I used bottled water like masafi or arwa or nestle, I never boiled though as I read you are not meant to boil mineral water? We used Arwa. I didn't boil either as I was told that concentrated the minerals?

Arwa here as well, but I still boil it before using... I used Evian at first but after cooking all the minerals were floating around and I was disgusted..

Arwa - apparently it has the lowest sodium content.
