We just found out my DD (14 months) is allergic to dairy. Now, I am totally baffled as to what to give her for snacks. She used to have yogurt and cheese before (I didnt know she was allergic to it so gave it to her before). She doesn't like fruits much either. What else can I give her?

DD loves edamame beans at the moment, and thinks popping them is great fun! Rice crackers. Rice pudding made with soy milk is a nice dairy type snack. Dried apricots, banana chips, bread sticks.

My DD won't eat cow's milk yogurt but loves the goat's milk one, it's not available everywhere but they have it at Spinney's.

My oldest was allergic to dairy until he was 5. We are not in AD yet ourselves - still in the US - but moving there in a couple months. I'm not sure if the things I suggest are available there, but I'll give you some ideas: Ritz Crackers Graham Crackers Saltine Crackers Toast with Soy Nut Butter Apple Slices Robert's Veggie Booty Cheerios Rice Krispies Deli Meat sliced in pieces Van's Organic Waffles Broccoli or Cauliflower Soy Cheese Slices Frozen Blueberries Use one of those things that look like a pacifier but has a net on the end and put frozen fruit in it - may like that instead of regular fruit? Soy Yogurt Tofutti Cream Cheese (Soy based) - on celery or crackers
