I cannot find Infant Bonjela anywhere and what the pharmacies have given me is of NO use whatsoever!

Is there another alternative miracle solution? Can anyone help please? :(

I dip a normal spoon into ice cold water, and hold it while LO bites on it - she goes from screaming to biting happily in about 2 seconds :) I have Sophie too, LO loves biting it but when she's hysterical it doesn't help, try the spoon

awwww you are still in that stage. my baby was very loud in those days. he used to scream so much everybody on our floor and above us used to hear him :) he still screams but not as loud as before. i didn't knew that so small babies could be so loud!! he likes to tear sophie apart with his gums....i am wondering when her leg will come apart. i bought various teethers but he used ot take only one...tommee tippee different stages teether. not sure if yours would like it. you can check in mom and me.and he used to eat napkins.you know they are only pacified by the forbidden items. mine love to chew on spoon,bottle caps,bottle, anything..today only he was chewing his cot bed leg!! bent himself down to the floor and eating it :D i don't know if cucumber you can give or not...you can try googling it.

Hi ladies, Thanks for posting! Right Daza, lets get together and make this our easy million plan! All we have to do is find that miracle solution :) Infant Bonjela is supposed to be excellent and of course you cant get it here! Ive tried a million pharmacies! Have the teething rings, Sophie the Giraffe etc. Havent tried the washcloth yet AJ, thanks for suggesting. Our LO isnt on solids yet so not sure if frozen fruit or cucumber would be a good idea? Shes definitely getting the cuddles :)

my baby has his first teeth erupted on 1 april :) for him only cold cucumber slices work or he loves to eat yoghurt. no amount of teethers or any gel helps him. he do like to chew on things which he should not but that's babies for you :) have you tried wet washcloth?

If there was a miracle solution for teething it would have made someone a gazillionaire! There are various things you can do to help, what is best is different for each child so it's just trial and error really. Nothing will work completely though, it's just one of those things that isn't nice but you have to get through and remember it doesn't last for ever. I think what has helped the most for all of my children has been rubbing their sore little gums with my finger. Weleda teething powder helped one of them but not the next one, not sure if you can get it here though. None of them liked sucking/chewing on frozen fruit although a few friends say it helped. Plenty of cuddles also helps, good luck.
