Toilet Training Question

Hi! I started toilet training my DD yesterday morning. Yesterday went ok but around 4:30 pm, she developed a fever but I did not take her to the hospital until 9 pm when she took a turn for the worse. Anyway, today she is still sick. I know that once you start toilet training, you should not go back to diapers.

So my question is: should I stop toilet training today and resume once she feels better or should I plug on even though she is sick? TIA.

I'm sorry to hear your baby girl is unwell AD. :( Don't worry about the toilet training until she's feeling better - unless she really wants to use the potty.

I wouldn't worry if it's only been one day. Let her recover and then start again once she's feeling better. How old is she? She is 2 years and 8 months. She has been showing readiness which is why I chose this week to do potty training.
