Try an insurance broker and let them do the work trying to source an insurer that will include cover for pregnancy. They do exist. Earnest Insurance Brokers is one broker I know of in Dubai, perhaps try giving them a call http://www.earnestins.com

Hi Ladies,
I need a bit of advice with travel insurance cover that includes pregnancy cover.
We are travelling to the USA this week and we're looking at travel insurance with Zurich but this will not include pregnancy cover in the insurance as it was pre-existing to taking out the cover.
Does anyone know of any insurance cover that I can take for my trip. I'm only going for 10 days
