I started adding home made chicken stock to lunch purees at around 6 months.
Would like to know at what age did you start your little one on chicken? Thanks.

from the day we started weaning at 6m. It's still a favourite! We did BLW so the idea is if you wait until 6 months you can introduce anything at that point except honey. She'd had steak, chicken, turkey, venison, cod, octopus etc by the time she was 6.5m old.

latest recommendations are that well cooked fish, red meat and chicken can all be given from 6 months. Lamb was one of the very first foods I gave my baby at around 7 months.

I started by the completion of 6 months, give a small piece first and wait for 4 days to observe any discomfort. I think it shldnt be a prob, only red meat has to be given aftr 8 months.
