What to do with a One and Two year old when its hot??

Hi Ladies,
I am starting to run out of ideas for things to do with my one and two year old (18 & 32 Months)
As its getting very hot and I am not able to be outside I have visited most of the Indoor Play area's near to me...while they are great I would like to maybe do more stuff....
Last week I took them to Dubai Dolphinarium....
Can anyone suggest other places I could bring them... I had thought of cinema but I just don't think my 1year old would be interested and wouldnt sit in a chair to watch a movie.
I live in the Springs and drive...
Any suggestions greatly appreciated...
