I also stopped fitting into normal trousers at the start of the second trimester and was lucky to find good quality work trousers at Destination Maternity. Bought two black pairs and one grey which have gotten me through the last 20 weeks. I found Topshop and H&M to carry ok maternity stock however my best work finds came from asos.com - they have a great selection of work items.

Thanks ladies for all the helpful tips. I am 18 weeks and found Destination Maternity to be absolutely the place I was looking for. Decent collection and reasonable prices. I also found Boppy pillow there....... something I was looking for!

Try Top Shop in Dubai Mall - I got some black work pants there for under 300aed - they had a couple of styles and prices were between 230 and 300..

I am also a small size, didnt know that was going to be problem. Most of my work trousers have a hook and bar thing so I don't know if a waist expander would work but I will give it a try. I have a Belly Belt that you can have. I used it with a hook and bar pants. It might be too big for you at the moment, but it comes with two sizes and one for button up pants. I bought it in Australia.

H&M and New Look both have reasonably priced maternity clothes. I struggle to find smart work clothes here though. I did get a pair of nice work trousers from Jenny Rose in Mall of Emirates but I thought they were really over-priced! I think Mamas and Papas may have some work type clothes but again very expensive - maybe try the one at the outlet mall as it is cheaper.

My pants are the same style. I just leave them opened and unzip as my belly is getting bigger. I use the belly band to keep the pants from falling down. I could not find a belly band my size (in AD) so I had to make one by cutting the legs of some legging shorts, you may have more luck finding your size in Dubai. This place Nojo in Mina center AD has small sizes, but the prices are steep. I cannot justify paying 300+ dhs for pants I would only wear for 4 months. Style Studio has small sizes as I bought one there and only 70 dhs, the problem is that I dont like the style (front panel) but you may. Good luck, and if you find some please let me know as I am still looking.

I am 21 weeks and still looking as nobody seems to carry small sizes. I have to use a belly band to use my regular pants unziped. If you are medium/large size I have seen some at Mothercare, Maxx, and Style Studio, I think they have a branch in Lancy Plaza. In Abu Dhabi I have seen at Madinat Zayed at 9 months (price around 100 dhs), Nojo at Mina Center (price around 300 dhs), and also at Mazyad mall they have some maternity office pants from Turkey (price around 100 dhs).

Destination Maternity may have smart work trousers, also have a look at Mothercare but their stuff is a bit old fashioned sometimes. Did you try one of those trouser waist expander thingies? Can't remember what they're really called but you can get them in the maternity shops. I used to use a big bobble around the button and the button hole to give me some relief when I was newly pregnantish but getting bigger around the middle.
