Apparently there was a problem with the production of Gripe water which is why its no-where to be found. From what i understand (from a couple of pharmacists in UK), production has started again so is readily available in UK but will take a little while for it to filter back through to UAE. I had my parents bring me some over a couple of weeks ago but we're going through it quite quickly. The closest alternative we found over here is called Bonnisan - its better than nothing but hasnt been as effective as the gripe water. Maybe give this a try - they seem to have it at most pharmacies; or if you know anyone coming from UK, ask them to bring you a stash!

Seems to be out of stock all over Dubai. Has anyone seen it anywhere?
Having tried 101 different things now courtesy of the lovely ladies on EW I'm going back to the basics hoping good old gripe water may help as it did when I was a baby.
PLEASE let me know if you've seen it around lately as I'm having no luck calling round...
