I have had an experience to say the least over the past few days and felt it would be good to share it so people can make the decision as to whether to go with in future. I booked into Medcare was told Dr Luthra had left so made appt with Dr Wafaa. Got to hospital as was only 3.5 weeks adv is it worth me seeing doc to reception was adv pay 550 and you will find out. So paid 550 was given a belly scan WTH at 3.5 weeks idk and was told as nothing showed up - that was not a surprise I now needed blood test for extra 285. Was with Dr for all of 5 mins. Had blood test - nurse managed to collapse my vein that was good of her, was told to expect Dr to call in 2 -3 hours. 26 hours later called recept who adv dr would call back. 3 hrs later called again Dr had gone home but gave me report of test and asked me to go back in again next day.

Turned up next day and was adv dr was not in ?? but managed to get blood test. called number i was given person on other end refused to give me results or their name. finally managed after several calls to get result checked with dr in home country as wafa not avail and all is fine.

just had call today asking me to go back tomorrow - 1st time they have called me in 6 days said results were not good? dh called back and dr said ah no real rush come back 1 -2 weeks. when dh adv this was not good service dr adv "whatever " i feel i have done my best. really? worry me not get back to me and all in all seem to try to make money from me.

Loopy, I'm sorry to hear about your experience! So frustrating, I'm sure. I hope all goes well with your pregnancy!
