frenchy...there's also Gulf Montessori in Garhoud. I never got to check them out myself but it's always worth seeing a few before deciding isn't it? http://www.gulfmontessori.com/newindex.htm Hope you find the right nursery for your little one.

Thanks Shaf, EBN is a really good nursery. My son went there for a year and I was really pleased. A few of my friends also have their children there and i haven't heard any complains so far...I might consider it again for DD but was hoping to find a nursery closer to the house...

Thank you ladies, I will be going soon to check it out. As we might be moving to Garhoud there is no other nursery in the area as far as I know, but correct me if I'm wrong??? (I'm surprised to hear that it's a dirty place as It is not a cheap nursery...)

It seems that you are against nurseries . Why ? Shaf wrote : Thank you BFC. I would rather having with a nanny inside the house where I am present than shove DS off to a nursery. Wish more people would be less judgmental here. I live in Al Warqa, which is about 2 mins after Mirdif City Centre.. so pretty much the other end of the world! Any older mums who want to be hired?

frenchy, go and find out for yourself. And i suggest you go around 111:30-12:00 so you can see what its like. I went there to check it out for my son, but there is no way I would put my child there. I personally prefer "sparkly stuck up ones" which are clean! Why they force kids to sleep at that time is beyond me.. especially kids who dont want to. Interestingly, they have a branch nursery called Crystal Valley in Arabain centre, which I have not seen, but have heard good reviews of.

Omg NO!!!! Its the dirtiest I have ever seen. And they put 18months old and above kids to sleep at 11:30!!! Its awful! This is such a lie. My son went there for 4 years and has never been happier. I have several other parents that can confirm this. It is a loving nursery .... It may not be a sparkly and stuck up as one of the newer once but my son went 5 days a week from 7.30 to 17.00 and it was brilliant.
